1. Editorial nature of the Site

Smart Glasses Daily is an independent editorial magazine covering smart glasses, AR glasses and wearable AI. All content is provided for general information; we are not affiliated with the brands we cover.

We rewrite and re-report; we do not republish source articles verbatim. Each story links back to its primary source.

2. Acceptable use

You may read, share and link to our articles freely. You may not scrape the Site at industrial volume, republish full articles without our written permission, or use our content to train commercial AI models without a license.

You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass authentication, or exploit security vulnerabilities. Report any vulnerability privately to contact@buzznow.com.

3. Intellectual property

Editorial text, design and database structure are copyright Buzznow. Trademarks (brand names, product names, logos) belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial reference only.

Manufacturer press images are reused under standard press-room licensing terms; rights-holders may request removal at any time via the takedown form on /legal.

4. User submissions

If you submit a comment, message or takedown request, you grant us a non-exclusive license to handle that submission for editorial and operational purposes (publishing a correction, replying, complying with legal duties).

5. Newsletter and social media

Newsletter sign-up is free. You may unsubscribe at any time. We post daily summaries on our own Facebook Page, Instagram Business account and TikTok account; we do not collect data about other users of those platforms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every fact, price or specification is current. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
