Chinese AR maker Rokid is now shipping its AR Spatial glasses across the EU and UK at €399. The price is aggressive — a hundred euros below the cheapest XREAL — and the hardware is competitive.

Where Rokid still falls behind is software. The companion app is functional but rough. There is no equivalent of XREAL's Nebula desktop mode for Mac users.

For the price, it's a reasonable entry point into the category. Just don't expect the polish of a Meta or Apple product.
